8.2 Our People

Towngas communicates the message of

inclusion by embracing social responsibility and

fostering harmonious relationships with our

staff, customers and the community at large. We

are recognised as a family friendly employer as

a result of our dedicated initiatives to develop,

train and look after the wellbeing of our people.

We also seek to spread care and give back to the

communities in which we operate. This means

lending a helping hand when required, especially

to vulnerable people or those in need.
