 The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) is committed to putting   ESG Framework
 environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues at the forefront of our business as
 part of our effort to create a sustainable world. This is reflected in our Vision and Mission,
 which guide us in our evolving ESG strategy for the benefit of future generations.  The ESG framework we have developed takes into consideration both our positive and negative impacts on
            stakeholders. It articulates five focus areas for sustainable development: creating business opportunities;
