Turning Promises into Action

A high standard of corporate governance is a signal to stakeholders, including investors,
that a company is well managed, ethical and transparent. At Towngas, we maintain
corporate policies and guidelines to ensure good corporate governance, with relevant
whistleblowing channels in place for reporting improprieties. We have also implemented
a robust risk management framework in preparation for any contingency in the ever-
changing business environment.

To embed our corporate culture of integrity and ethics into the mindset of our staff,
we provide comprehensive mandatory training for all new joiners, as well as regular
refresher training and promotion campaigns to ensure their knowledge is up-to-date.
