Waste Management
Highlighting our ongoing commitment to effective waste management, we have
received our “Class of Excellence” Wastewi$e Label for 10 consecutive cycles, together
with the meeting of two new targets – collecting some 200 old glass trophies (around
92.5 kg) for recycling and gathering about 21 tonnes of polyethylene (PE) waste
pipes for re-processing into other useful applications. Over the past years, 28 targets
have been met under this initiative and a further target to collect 10 tonnes of waste
cardboard for recycling has been planned for 2012.
